At the center, overlapping curved cuts form a dense geometric pattern, offering an abstract interpretation of the layered structures found in traditional palace architecture. The varying depth of the cuts gives the surface a strong sense of dimension, while the changing angles catch the light as the watch moves.Surrounding the center is a clean white ring, inspired by the white stone balustrades and foundations found in classical Chinese architecture. Beyond it, the outer dial features a horizontal ripple pattern, referencing the movement of water and the way sunlight shimmers across its surface. The two sections are cut at different angles, giving each pattern its own character under light. The central guilloché creates a more concentrated, radial reflection, while the outer ripples produce a softer, horizontal sheen. As the watch moves on the wrist, these reflections shift continuously across the dial, revealing the depth and contrast between the two patterns.
